Käbliku Holiday Homes is a private and scenic resort in southern Estonia, where life moves at a more leisurely pace. Surrounded by a reservoir, forest, and spacious grounds, the Käbliku resort offers a unique, somewhat mystical setting for corporate seminars or training sessions, team-building events such as summer or winter retreats, as well as private celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries.
The complex offers accommodation for groups of up to 45 guests, several distinct halls, and plenty of opportunities for gatherings – both indoors and outdoors. Privacy, tranquility, and nature create an environment where it is easy to focus, be present in the moment, and truly connect.
Large holiday house
There’s plenty of space here for both work and leisure. The cozy Tondikaku hall is perfect for seminars and gatherings, while the fireplace room and sauna on the lower floor offer a pleasant place to relax. We can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. Everything you need for spending time together is conveniently under one roof!

Small holiday house
This small vacation home is a cozy and homey option for up to 9 guests. The house features one bedroom, a spacious sleeping loft, two living areas, and a restroom. The small holiday house also includes a wood-fired sauna, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. This cottage is well-suited for smaller groups, families, or as part of a larger complex booking - for example, for companies wishing to accommodate different teams in separate cottages.

Käbliku Brewery house
The Brewery House is a cozy and peaceful guesthouse that can accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring five separate rooms, a shower, and a restroom. The house also has a small lounge, which is perfect for relaxing alone or for small group discussions.
The Brewery House is located right next to the Käbliku Craft Brewery and is a popular choice for both corporate groups and groups of friends who appreciate slightly more secluded accommodations but still want to be at the heart of the complex.

Private island cottage
The cottage is located on a small island in the Käbliku reservoir and offers a romantic, secluded retreat for those who value privacy and being close to nature. The one-room cottage sleeps 2–4 people.

Summer barn
Traditional farmstay accommodations offer cozy and simple summer lodging for those who wish to experience the authentic atmosphere of an Estonian farm and spend the night close to nature.
As is typical of a barn, the courtyard cottage does not have a toilet or shower - the outhouse is located next to the cottage at the top of a hill, and guests may use the toilet and shower at the adjacent vacation home by arrangement. The courtyard cottage is an authentic, rustic choice for those who value the experience and atmosphere more than hotel amenities.
