The vacation homes at Käbliku Farm offer an authentic and inspiring setting for seminars, team-building events, corporate summer and winter retreats, and memorable private events. The seclusion from the hustle and bustle of the city creates a slower pace that fosters both focus and meaningful connection. Farmhouse-style seminar rooms, a cozy banquet hall, and a spacious outdoor area on the shore of a reservoir allow you to combine work and leisure into a single, cohesive experience.
The brewery operating at Käbliku Farm enriches the visitor experience by offering the opportunity to learn about the brewing process and sample craft beers brewed on-site. We offer accommodations in thatched-roof craft cottages and authentic summer barns. Depending on the season, we can accommodate up to 25–45 guests. When it comes to catering, we prioritize local ingredients and tailor our menus to suit your event. We’re here to help ensure your event is a seamless and memorable experience.
The Great Owl hall
The Great Howl hall is located on the first floor of the Suur Holiday House and serves as Käbliku’s main venue for seminars, training sessions, and meetings. It is a space where modern technology meets a warm, rustic atmosphere.
This light-filled space combines the coziness of a farmhouse with an inspiring environment, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both meaningful meetings and spending time together.
Capacity: Seating for up to 35 people with tables (diplomatic-style, U-shaped, or L-shaped layout).

Stable Hall
The Tallisaal is a spacious banquet and dining hall located in the second wing of the Käbliku main building, offering an authentic rustic atmosphere perfect for both lively team events and festive private celebrations-whether it’s an anniversary, a wedding, or another special occasion. The hall is available from spring through fall.
The hall features long dining tables and benches, the layout of which can be adjusted according to the number of guests and the nature of the event.
The space’s functionality is complemented by a band stage, a bar counter, and a dance floor in front of the stage. In front of the barn hall is a spacious courtyard, which offers additional space for socializing and spending time outdoors.
Capacity: The table can seat up to 50 people. With up to 35 participants, there is also room for dancing in the hall.

Fireplace room
The ground floor of the Käbliku main building features a fireplace room, which is perfect for both small group meetings and cozy evening get-togethers on sauna nights by the glow of the fireplace.
It’s a great place to enjoy local craft beer and good company late into the evening.
The fireplace room is located next to the kitchen and is also suitable for serving breakfast.

Open air venue
On the shore of Käbliku Reservoir, there is an outdoor area with a canopy and benches that we sometimes call the “bird song room.”
Here, you can step out from between four walls and hold gatherings right in nature, with a view of the lake, birdsong, and the rustling of the forest as a backdrop. The outdoor stage and dance floor also offer the opportunity to host concerts or dance parties in the open air.
In addition to outdoor seminars and team-building events, this scenic location is also perfect for hosting a wedding ceremony or a quiet evening around a campfire.
Quiet hours in the lakeside area begin at 11:00 PM; after that, the celebration can continue in the Tallisaal and the inner courtyard.
